# SUBIROPINIONES

> SUBIROPINIONES is a professional, managed service that handles replies to Google reviews for small local businesses in Spain. We manage the replies to the reviews on each business's Google Business Profile, combining artificial intelligence with professional supervision. It is not a self-service app: the business delegates the work and does not need to learn any tool.

Tagline (Spanish): «Tú atiendes tu negocio. Nosotros atendemos lo que dicen de él en Google» ("You take care of your business. We take care of what people say about it on Google").

## What it does

- Prepares a personalised reply to each review, adapted to its content and to the business's communication style.
- Handles both positive and negative reviews.
- Uses artificial intelligence to draft replies and applies quality criteria and professional supervision; the owner is consulted when information, a decision or their approval is needed.
- Publishes replies with the business's express authorisation, without ever asking for its Google password.
- Sends the owner a simple monthly report on their Google reviews and ratings.

## Complementary service

- Professional creation and setup of a Google Business Profile for businesses that do not have one yet. The profile always belongs to the business. Scope and price are agreed individually.

## Who it is for

- Small local businesses that serve customers in person.
- Initial sectors: non-medical beauty and personal care (hair salons, barbershops, nail salons, non-medical aesthetics) and local food service (restaurants, bars, cafés).
- Market: Spain. The website and the service are in Spanish.

## What it does not do

- It is not a self-service platform or software that the customer has to operate.
- It does not offer general digital marketing, advertising or SEO services.
- It does not buy, create or delete reviews.
